Terms of Service

Last updated:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.apptestingcommunity.com and the testing services provided by App Testing Community ("we", "us"). By purchasing a testing cycle or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

App Testing Community recruits real, consenting testers who opt in to the Google Play closed testing track that you control, install your app on their own devices, and remain opted in for 14 continuous days. We monitor opt-in status daily and replace testers who drop out.

We provide testers and monitoring only. We do not access your Play Console account, request your credentials or keystore, publish on your behalf, or guarantee any decision made by Google.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You own or are authorized to distribute the app you submit for testing.
  • Your app and store listing comply with Google Play policies and applicable law.
  • You provide a working closed testing track link (or tester email list mechanism) and keep the release available for the duration of the cycle.
  • You do not submit apps containing malware, deceptive functionality, or content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights. We may decline or cancel such cycles with a full refund of any unused portion.

3. Payments

Fees are one-time charges per testing cycle as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change, but changes never affect a cycle already purchased.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

If we cannot supply 12 opted-in testers for your app, you receive a full refund. If you complete a full cycle and Google Play rejects your production access application for reasons relating to the testing requirement, our production access guarantee refunds that app's fee. Once a cycle has started and testers are opted in, the fee is otherwise non-refundable. Full details and exclusions are in our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of Google approval

Completing a testing cycle satisfies Google's tester requirement but does not guarantee that Google will grant production access or approve your app. Google may reject applications for reasons unrelated to testing, including policy violations in your app or listing. We flag obvious issues before a cycle starts, but responsibility for policy compliance remains yours.

Where a rejection relates to the testing requirement itself, our production access guarantee applies and we refund that app's fee — see the Refund Policy for the full terms and exclusions.

6. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to ask testers to post ratings or reviews, to misrepresent the nature of your app to testers, or to use our service in any way that violates Google Play's policies on fake engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Testing Community's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected testing cycle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or the suspension of your developer account by Google.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
