Refund Policy
Last updated:
We keep our refund policy simple and aligned with what we promise: 12 real testers, opted in for 14 continuous days.
1. Production access guarantee
If you complete a full 14-day testing cycle with us and Google Play rejects your production access application, we refund that app's fee in full. Send us the rejection notice from Play Console within 30 days of receiving it and we process the refund — you do not need to run a second cycle first.
This guarantee covers rejections related to the testing requirement itself. It does not apply where Google's stated reason is a policy violation in your own app or store listing — for example restricted content, permissions, data safety declarations, or intellectual property — since those are outside our control and would not be fixed by any amount of testing.
The guarantee covers one refund per paid app slot. If you would rather run the cycle again than take the refund, we will do that at no charge instead.
2. Full refund — we can't supply your testers
If we are unable to supply 12 opted-in testers for your app, you receive a full refund of the cycle fee, no questions asked. This includes cases where your app's category or target regions cannot be matched from our pool.
3. Full refund — cancellation before start
You may cancel any time before testers have begun opting in to your track and receive a full refund.
4. Non-refundable — after the cycle starts
Once a cycle has started and testers are opted in, the fee is non-refundable. Testers commit two weeks of genuine device time to your app, and that commitment is the cost of the service.
5. Our obligations during a cycle
If a tester drops out mid-cycle, we replace them the same day at no cost so your 14-day streak stays intact. If we fail to maintain 12 opted-in testers and your streak is broken due to our fault, we restart the cycle for free or refund you in full — your choice.
6. What refunds do not cover
- Google rejecting your production access application because of a policy violation in your own app or store listing (content, permissions, data safety, intellectual property, or similar) — see section 1.
- Delays caused by your track being unavailable, your release being pulled, or incorrect track links.
- Multi-app packs where some apps have already completed or started cycles; unused app slots are refunded pro-rata.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@apptestingcommunity.com from the address used at purchase, with your order reference. For a production access guarantee claim, attach the rejection notice from Play Console. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
